address environmental challenges, ID CASTING has implemented an <strong>energy conservation plan<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>The group first focused on natural gas consumption (for building heating) by implementing a system that recovers heat dissipated by air compressors and by lowering the setpoint temperature in the facilities to 19\u00b0C. We are now continuing to optimize the electrical efficiency of our processes (modularizing compressors based on usage; maintenance of the air distribution system; insulation of furnaces; transition to LED technology; process cooling systems; adjusting operating hours based on production load; and purchasing renewable energy). <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>These efforts have resulted in a <strong>46% reduction in<\/strong> our<sub>CO2<\/sub> emissions per kilogram of metal delivered by 2025 (a 52% reduction relative to revenue).
